We cannot ignore our genetic coding.  On the whole, although the common variability accounts for approximately 25% of human lifespan variability, the knowledge of the genetic basis modulating longevity may give significant hints on modulating lifestyle in order to attain longevity and extend healthspan.

So, the big question you are asking right now is – is it really possible to rewind your body clock by 30 years?  In our view, it is.  Unfortunately, we can’t point to a sample size of humans who have achieved this feat, but there’s a good reason for it (Centenarians, yes, but not much beyond). It is simply because these humans who are going to make it to 120 are amongst us right now, like they have never been before. These are the longetarians, omads, planetarians, autophagiers and yogis. And this resource is about the journey, the research and the green shoots that this population of people are going through at this moment in human history.
